The Modula Lift warehouses installed by Vanas guarantee unprecedented speed. During peak periods, each warehouse can handle up to 800 orders per hour. The production department, located on the second floor, is connected to the packaging department on the ground floor by two Modula Lift units. The ergonomic tray openings allow the finished products to be fed directly from production into the machine, while the outlets on the opposite side allow the products to be transferred to the ground floor for sorting and packaging.
This configuration ensures a maximum number of multiple picks per tray, rendering the system highly efficient. This logistics solution, designed and installed by Vanas, represents a sophisticated innovation, and allows Smartphoto to maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
