For a few hours, we turned this company into a wood, with trees, fawns, chirping birds and even a brown bear dozing in the shade of a cardboard pine tree.
A bit peculiar as a starting point, especially for a company as big as this, one that’s always talking about logistics and process optimisation in the supply chain. But sometimes, we like to stop wearing our hats as experts in the field for the sake of time with the family.
For us, family is an important part of life and that’s why we like to celebrate it one day a year. Modula Family Day was designed to welcome and celebrate the families of all our company’s employees.
This year, we held it in Fiorano Modenese, to give our family, friends and relatives the opportunity to see the new plant in person.
We spent the afternoon in the company of over 300 people, offering a mix of fun and time for sharing.
The little ones had plenty of recreational activities to discover the environment around us, like making mandalas with objects collected from nature, in an interactive journey to recognise animals’ footprints and a herbal workshop for beginners who learned how to identify different types of leaves.
Not only was the Modula Family Day not just an afternoon of fun, but also a genuine investment in human capital, acknowledging the value of people and their relationships as a fundamental pillar for the company’s future success and growth.
As with every event organised by Modula, the leftover food was donated to the Sassuolo “Il Melograno” association, one of whose tasks is to provide a food bank for vulnerable families.
