Modula Web Analytics:

If the customer does not already have a telemetry system in place, Modula Web Analytics provides detailed information for real-time warehouse monitoring as well as a telemetry service for checking warehouse efficiency and health.

OPC-UA Telemetry:

For companies that need to integrate Modula’s solutions with other telemetry systems already in use, OPC- UA Telemetry functions as a bridge that allows Modula data to be shared with them. OPC- UA (Open Platform Communications – Unified Architecture) is an industry-recognized standard that facilitates interconnection between controllers, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), servers and other devices.
The integration of the OPC- UA protocol is essential in modern production environments where machines and devices work synchronously. Thanks to OPC-UA, data can be translated and transmitted in a format that is recognized by the various connected systems, ensuring a constant exchange of data.

The Modula IoT licence

The Modula I4.0 licence was updated and renamed to Modula IoT to reflect the new functions available.
With the Modula IoT licence, customers are able to:

  •  Access warehouse data via Modula Web Analytics.
  •  Use the OPC-UA protocol to send Modula telemetry data to third-party systems.

This licence is available for Modula WMS, Driver and Link, and allows customers to use both solutions simultaneously. There is an annual fee to be paid for the use of Modula Web Analytics. The exclusive use of OPC-UA telemetry, on the other hand, does not entail any additional costs.
Thanks to these new options, Modula IoT ensures increasingly interconnected and advanced management, ideal for companies aiming to implement a modern and integrated technology infrastructure.
