Alusín Solar, a manufacturer of photovoltaic panels in Spain, has selected the Modula Lift vertical warehouse for the storage of all the components needed in the production area.

Storage of raw materials and semi-finished products in large quantities, to streamline on-site work activities
In Alusín Solar’s production process, the raw material is aluminium bars or metal strips, which are cut and cold-formed and then assembled with mechanical parts. In some cases, assembly is also carried out directly at the construction site. In order to avoid installation delays, the company manages an extremely large number of items.
The Modula Lift warehouse was the perfect solution for storing all the parts in a simple, secure, clean and accurate manner. Picking is carried out in a precise and error-free manner, thanks to the integration of the WMS software, which allows the inventory to be kept constantly up-to-date.
All of the components are stored in the 25 trays of the Modula warehouse, with over 80 tonnes of material in just a few square metres of floor space.
