Orfit, a company in continuous growth, found itself facing an increase in demand, which could no longer be managed manually, in order to avoid picking errors.
To precisely manage the countless requests and optimize space, Orfit has chosen the Modula automated vertical warehouses. The picking phase has become faster thanks to the laser pointer which, through a light indicator, allows the operator to quickly identify the materials, reducing picking errors and increasing accuracy. Before the high-bay warehouse the number of order lines was 40 / hour, after the installation of the Modula Lift they became 220 / hour. To increase storage order, the drawers have been equipped with separators, dividers and elevators.
