Vision Extrusions – headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario – manufactures more than 200 PVC extrusion lines, used to manufacture windows in the North American market.
Vision Extrusions needed space to store thousands of items without filling up all the space at its premises. In addition, given the cost of the items, it was also necessary to find a way to keep them secure and inaccessible to unauthorised users. The major issue is that many of these expensive items are bulky and heavy, making it difficult to handle them without causing damage or injury.

The company installed nine Modula Lift vertical lift modules, saving over 2,500 m2 of floor space. With a capacity of up to 500 kg in each tray, items such as aluminium blocks, calibrators and steel moulds can be accessed inside the Modula and delivered in a safe and ergonomic position.
