Customer care is much more than a department. It is a close-knit and active team that met again this year with representatives from all over the world in 3 intense days of exchanges and sharing.
Between round tables, meetings, and focus groups there was time for some ping pong exchanges – because challenges are the order of the day for us – and over a glass of good wine we reflected on what creating added value for our customers means to us.
We also chose to spend a few hours together having experiences. A guided tour of Modena’s black gold at Acetaia Boni tells us how time and patience are the key ingredients of a successful product like balsamic vinegar. Even for those of us who work in the service world, time and patience are the only elements of the recipe for doing it right.
