A commitment that begins in the local area
We are a company deeply rooted in our local area and this bond represents the basis of our vision: to combine technological excellence and social responsibility.
In the 2023 Sustainability Report, we tell the story of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, to improving social standards and to adhering to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Moving in this direction, our achievements to date include:
- Tangible projects for the local area, in collaboration with local associations and through support for educational and cultural initiatives.
- In-house training programmes and the creation of a dedicated sustainability committee, involving employees and make sustainability an integral part of our corporate culture.
Collective effort towards sustainability
The drafting of the 2023 Sustainability Report was made possible by the collaboration of all company departments, working in synergy to map and report on the wide range of initiatives undertaken. To co-ordinate these activities, Modula can count on a figure dedicated exclusively to sustainability, a key presence to ensure that our objectives and values are integrated into every aspect of the business.
Sustainability as the focus of our attention
Modula has always stood out for its sensitivity to environmental and social issues. Our vertical lift modules are used by companies of all sizes and sectors around the world, but our goal goes further: we want to be an engine of positive change for the communities in which we operate, promoting an inclusive and sustainable corporate policy by building a business model that focuses on people, the environment and the local area. We have therefore taken to heart issues such as:
- Environmental responsibility, through actions aimed at reducing climate-altering gases, CO2 emissions, promoting energy and water savings and proper waste disposal, preferring the reuse of waste with a view to the circular economy.
- Social responsibility, based on initiatives to support local communities and promote inclusive development, gender equality and better working conditions in a healthy and fair environment.
- Future-oriented corporate culture, involving every employee in the implementation of tangible and valuable projects.
